Would this have been worth getting?

No way. Stay away from those Mom and Pop COA's. It might be legit, but it's just too much of a risk. COA from Charles Rogers? Who is that? I wouldn't have given $10 for it to tell you the truth.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, plus you have to consider the extra $20-$40 just to get it authenticated makes it even less worth it.
