Sanchez named Starter!!!
He looked good the other night against the Ravens after he threw the pick but is it to early to start him? thoughts

Other than games, the Jest don't have much to loose starting him so I'm thinking its a good move.
He will make lots of mistakes, but if he can stay healthy he probably gives the Jets a good shot at winning in 2-3 years.

He's gonna take some serious lumps this year IMO. Only time will tell if thats a good thing or bad thing down the road.

I usually dont like rookie QBs starting. But i'm not 100% opposed to this, I think he'll do ok.

I think he will struggle but he is a better option than Clemens.

I honestly didn't think he played well at all. I mean sure he was not AS BAD as kellen. But I wouldn't say he played well. He's TD came off a blown coverage without Ray Lewis or Ed Reed on the field. I'm sure it helped his confidence. But it wasn't against THE Ravens defense

They have the OL and running game to support him so he's in a decent position.
