before I rolled my ankle horribly like 14-16 weeks ago (been so long I can't remember) and its still swollen a little lol, I could get up and over 10 feet pretty easy. I can't palm the ball so I have trouble with it in the air, but I can 7-9 inches after my wrist over the rim. I have dunked a girls ball on 10 feet more then a few times. I dunked a man's ball 5-7 times, and i think the rim was 9.85-9.95, maybe I was just jumping well. All the time on a 9 foot. I'm 6 foot, and was 5'10 when i was 21, 23 now, so the extra 2 inches helped me some, but i've been able to get it past the wrist since 10-11th grade in High school

I was the same way. Always on one foot, not even close on two.

I seem to get up higher when I have a running start, only jumping off one foot...but, not high enough to reach 10' yet...that's how I dunk on 9' though.

I'm 6'1" in sneakers, and if I have a good ball with a good grip then I can get up there (on a good day lol). I used to be able to do it all the time when I was a freshman but I'm a senior now and I've put on a little bit of weight and stopped playing basketball for my school.

I would pay to see that. Seriously. When I was 12 or 13 I tried to dunk by putting a chair in front of the basket. I proved Newton's 3rd law here. As soon as my foot hit the seat of the chair, it went sliding across the gym and I went horizontal and landed flat on my back. Knocked the wind out of me. I had a bruised back (and pride) for a week. Kids, don't try this at home.
