I am never going to see "my son" again

to make a long story short my girlfriend is going to jail for her 3rd OWI
so her child who I raise since birth will be going to live with his real dad

he has only seen his child 4 times in 3 years

That sucks, what's an OWI?

Can't you do something legally, since you were the one that infact raised your son and is pretty much the actual dad?

Wow man, I'm sorry to hear that. They will hopefully realize that his "real Dad" isn't the one who should be raising him.

not to be nosy, but why has the biological not seen him? did he & the mother have a custody agreement or visitation? did he just not bother? how old is the boy? if he's spent most of his life around you, it's going to be a major adjustment for him going to a new environment and not being around the surroundings he's familiar with...why will you never see him again? how long is the mother locked up for, and are you two splitting up? could you arrange some visits with the biological to help the boy adjust properly without it just being a complete 180 from what he knows?

thats not a big deal

the child is a big deal I am going to miss him

father did not want to see him
(he would have had to change diapers and stuff)
