    Photoshop CS4

Hey guys, i have been using photoshop 5.5 from like the mid 1990's and i would like to upgrade to CS4. Do people that have it recomend it. Also do you know how many computers you can install it on, that are in the same home.

    Thanks

I have it and love it. I believe that the number of computers is based on the license you buy.

Verify that you can upgrade, if that is your intention. I was in the same situation a few years ago. I vaguely remember it would only allow an upgrade from PS9. Then I was upgrading fro PS 5.5 to CS2. Not sure of other ways you'd be using PS, but PS Elements may fit for you.

I believe you get 2 licensed uses with Photoshop. I purchased CS3 a while back and had no problem loading it onto my MacBook and iMac.

    i second that.

gimp is a little rougher, but for simple customs its just as good. use gimp. trust me save your money. you'll need it later when you want to get supplies and stamps.
