Is there an error on my 1984 Topps USFL card?
Hey guys, first post. Just started collecting cards again after 20 years.
Anyway, I had a question about a card I bought recently. It's a 1984 Ricky Sanders USFL. Every 1984 USFL card I've seen online has 2 asterisks on the bottom right hand corner of the backside. If you can see in my blurry photo, my card only has 1 asterisks. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this on their 1984 USFL cards. I dont think my card is a forgery, after all, who the hell would try to forge a ricky sanders rookie card? That's like going through a lot of trouble to forge a 1 dollar bill.

just by looking on checkoutmycards.com, it seems that the rookie cards have two asterisks and the regular cards have one. so you said yours is regular? then its normal.

Nice catch. I was looking only at the rookie cards with 2 asterisks.
I have the Ricky Sanders rookie card with only 1 asterisk. So I guess it's suppose to have 2. Printing mistake?

probably a slight mistake. wouldnt think it would make u millions like other printing errors since its just an asterisk. haha
