E-bay seller alert

Well, a year ago, a lot of cards have been stolen from me. I had to send first, and one banned user Cuggermugger has never sent me a Crosby auto, but he kept my cards.
Now he's running on a nem on e-bay as cardsharklaura, and I always see some of my cards appearing. He's clever, and he sells my cards rarely.
I'd like to say, it was a year ago, but those cards (BV around $300) were the precious of my collection. I've already report this to the e-bay.

I've contacted the seller, but he says Cuggermugger ran a card shop and he sold everything, but the cards use to be scanned at this seller, like at was cugger. And this is the third card which appears. I know this, you can check it in my bucket, it is the same. The other funny is that he started a new bucket, and now it's locked with password. Just type into google "cardsharklaura". This name appeared at his old website, so I don't know why some people think others are totally lame.

I read on another hobby site that he stole cards from other, but I can't find the thread.

I'd like to thanks to the mods here especially to Pheebs, that she helped to me, but we can't do anything.

I don't know what to do, because I've already lost every faith to the hobby then, and I can't forget this shame, I can't calm down and see that othis guy earn money from my cards. I'd like to share this to you, so beware.

Very sorry to hear this George. It's a shame that people do this kind of stuff but I especially hate it when it's done to honest, trustworthy traders like yourself. Hang in there bud!

Don. Nothing. Now I reported again, just waiting for the answer. I did it around 8 hours ago. Last time, when we saw a same Sam Gagner ITG O Canada auto, we compared it with Karine, and nothing then, card was sold.

Now I'm waiting. They said they will start an investigation. But I don't know. Now I don't want these cards, just ban this guy from everywhere, stop ruin the hobby.

Yeah if it was only that simple. Hopefully, they do something on that front to ban him.

Don, I agree, unfortunately it's not easy. It's make harder that I'm European. We filled recol complain, and nothing happened. So it's not really good. I was a fool, when I've made this trade, I just think everybody think the same about the hobby as I do. I chose the one, who not. There weren't any problem since then (well with Dan once, but solved). But there's one good in this: there weren't others who got screwed by this guy.

I'll write the new infos here, now I'm curious what will happen.
