Once again OPT, give me good evidence that does not have easily seen flaws to people with open eyes. Prove me wrong with good scientific papers that are not blanant opinion.

OPT side of the aisle is NOT asking for billions and possibly trillions of dollars. Why is it he that needs to provide scientific evidence?
What changes the temperature in an area by thirty degrees in a single day? Is it my car or could it be the sun?
A test for you. Wake up before sun rise one day and sit out side. It will likely be a little cool. When the sun rises and it suddenly starts to get warm, was it the SUV driving by or the sun rising that causes the earth to warm?
Was it also humans that causes the ice age to recede?
Who needs science when their is so much common sense. Sometimes it is like people are convincing me that it is the turkey that is warming the oven and not the other way around!
The only way to stop global warming is to destroy the sun. Let's start a petition!

And this is what you do not understand about science. It is not about common sense. It is about the search for the truth and getting closer with even more evidence. If I can not convince with all this evidence, I do not know what to think or say. I am glad I am posting it for others to read though.
As for spending billions and trillions of dollars, is our species worth it? I support nuclear power right now as a bridge to get to cleaner options. I think we are worth it.

If you knew anything about science you would know that science is about disproving things, not proving them.
A quote that may bring you down to earth (though unlikely).
When Socrates was called the wisest man in Greece he replied, "I am only wise because I admit that I know nothing."
Maybe researching BOTH sides may help you be more scientific and admit that you know little about the other side of the argument. :) When you feel that you know everything about an argument and refuse to look at both sides you are a partisan, not a scientist. Obviously, since you are asking everyone for proof for the other side of the argument you have failed to do true scientific research. I'm just saying. :)

Great accusation. I only show people articles that have evidence. When I was not sure of global warming, I read other older articles in the past.
As for science disproving things, this is a misnomer. They only way a hypothesis becomes a theory is if it has the ability to be falsified. If the experiment can be repeated with out becoming falsified, it becomes know. So you must have a misunderstanding of concepts in science.
As for knowing what I do not know, I have repeatedly stated when I did not know something. What is your point?

Stop asking people to do the work for you. Go to Google.com or the library and research the other side. Reading one side only proves your partisanship. When doing true scientific work you should have an open mind.
