Ray Allen will probably break the record, and I think he's a great player. But, since Reggie Miller was one of my childhood heroes (I wore his jersey until it almost fell apart...), I'd say Reggie is the better of the two, just because I have more Reggie clutch moments in my memories.

Allen will break it. Reggie is much better though. He was just sooo clutch, and carried his team in times of need.

Yes he is going to break it. I don't see it happening this season, though. And he will never be considered a better 3 point shooter nor a better clutch shooter.

I'll go with Reggie too even though it can be argued all day long for either player. Good thread!

I would take Reggie over Ray Allen ANYDAY! Point blank, said, and done.

    walter..

I agree. The only thing that Ray Allen has over Reggie is Ray has one of the prettiest looking jumpers ever.

Ray Allens form is one of the best I have ever seen...I agree, definitely one of the prettiest jump shots ever!

But Reggie was such a beast!

I'm gonna get hated on, but I'd take Ray-Ray.

Purest jump shooter ever (or Allan Houston, but different place, different time) plus Ray's got the bling Reggie never got.

Great picture!! Ray Allen's shot IS very pretty. I wish they would do one of these for every player. Maybe we should start a thread on who has the ugliest jumpshot and the worst shooters in history... haha....
