    Any Metal Heads on here?

Was wondering if there were any metal heads on here? I'm a HUGE Iron Maiden fan and NWOBHM fan as well. I like a ton of other bands also.

What kind of hardcore? NY Hardcore? Or the old hardcore punk from the 80's?

I wouldn't call myself a metal head. I do like Metalica, Linkin park, korn, G-N-R, and a few other band like this.

As above, not really a metalhead, I am a big Ozzy fan. Nothing like driving down the road with the top down on the Stang jamming on some Crazy Train. But I also like older hardcore RAP. Like NWA, Too Short, 2PAC. Nothing like driving through the suburbs jamming on California Love. I do have a bad ***** sound system in my Stang, I do show respect in the neighborhood, but I do like getting out on the main roads and cranking the tunes

How about a fan of all metal? Latest like is South Carolina's Nile. They just came
out with their latest release "Those WHom the Gods Detest". Insanely burtal but
still, nothing compares to metal of the early/mid 80's.... Anthrax, Testament, Iron Maiden and so on, legends that paved the way.

    Love metal.. old and new.

Metallica - And Justice For All is still one of the best albums of all time IMO. Still listen to a lot of old Sepultura, Testament, Slayer, Corrosion of Conformity, etc. Also love some of the newer speed metal stuff like Trivium and Dragonforce.

I am all over the place with my stuff.. A few of my favorite bands include Hibria, Five Finger Death Punch and Full Blown Chaos.

If anybody has some recommendations or would like a few from me just say the word. If requesting some bands from me, please list a few similar bands you would like and I will do what I can for you. I am not into screamo/growling lyrics though.

It is a great discussion indeed. Metal fans are few and far between. Its nice to bring everybody together for a discussion every so often :D
