    Will Topps try anything?

The Greats of the Game set Upper Deck is going to release does look interesting. Any news if Topps is going to try anything with basketball or will they quit for good?

Also any news on Press Pass 2010?

I don't think they will try anything as I don't think they have the college license. No press pass as well for that reason

I wasn´t aware the college license was exclusive for UD.

Even if Topps WERE to release something. I'M NOT BUYING IT. I REFUSE to forget how they stuck it to myself and fellow collectors on here replacing ANY & EVERY redemption cards with 08'09 Topps Signature Spud Webb autograph cards (I got 2 myself & 1 Isiah Thomas). The HECK with YOU, TOPPS!

    :cue the Tom Cruise:
Now who's with me.....? Come on!!!!! (lol)

I didn't know that Press Pass lost their license to produce NCAAB cards...when did that happen?

I don't think Topps has done anything with NCAA stuff in the past, and I don't see them starting it now. I was surprised UD decided to jump in. NCAA cards haven't been really desirable by mainstream collectors in the past.

I gotta be honest, and I know (well, pretty sure anyway) that I'm in the minority, but I am going to miss Press Pass.

That's the exception to the rule. There have been so many that tried and tanked. Front Row, Courtside, Sage, and to a degree Press Pass. If it hadn't been for the Press Pass Legends release I think they would have bowed out too.
