Panini Customer Services comes through again.
Hey guys. I just have to say that I love Panini Customer Service. For those of you who know, Panini had some giveaways on their Facebook page when the National Card Show was going on in Cleveland. Well, I made it to the show on Saturday, but couldn't stay for Sunday.
Well, I came home to find the quizzes they were doing on their site to give away free autoed 8x10s of some players. Well, I happened to catch one of their questions just as they were posting it...answered the question and won one of the two autoed 8x10s of Hakeem Nicks. I was excited to win something nice like that and couldn't wait to get it.
So...2 months passed and no 8x10. I decided to PM them on Facebook and heard back within 2 days. They said they were all shipped out the week after the show. They said though that since I didn't get mine, they would send me something else. They asked for my address and what teams I collected, etc. Told them the Steelers and Ohio State Buckeyes. So...about 2 weeks go by and nothing. I was starting to think it got lost again. Came home to find that they had delivered a package to my house via FedEx...in a rather large bubble mailer...just big enough for an 8x10.
I opened it up...and find this waiting for me inside:
While maybe not AS hot as Hakeem Nicks...I'd still rather have this as it's PC for me...and he's definately not slacking in any way. Possibly a future #1 or 2 receiver for the Steelers in a few years...a solid 3rd for now.

nice replacement!!! in my opinion Wallace has staying power with the steelers whereas Nicks is good but will prolly fade away after this year. i might be completely wrong but sweet pc card anyways. God bless,

It might have not been the Hakeem Nicks that you won, but can't beat getting an auto of a player from a team that you collect. Fair enough replacement, IMO. Congrats!

Very nice!!! I also won an 8x10 from their Facebook page, a Matthew Stafford 8x10. When I pm'd them my address, I jokingly said "you can throw some McCoy cards in with the Stafford" and then about 2 weeks later I get a package from them and inside were these:
Both are 8x10's
