I read something that said the California law is people who see and don't try to get help can be charged to crimes committed against children, 14 and under. Since this girl was 15, they wouldn't be charged under that.

Im sure she will get all of your sympathies from this SCF. Makes a lot of sense. You are all aware that this is politics and religion right? You guys must live in CA because Public gang rape among high school students has never occurred in my state or any other that i am aware of. Nothing funnier than seeing yanks pretend to be all high and mighty.

I'm not 100% on that, just something in the article I was reading on it...of course, they may be able to get them as accomplice to or something like that instead.

Titantron is of course right again .... Cali is the ony state this happens in. Through all the history of the United States of America gang raping of high school kids has never happened in any of the other 49 states in all the hundreds of years. Maybe try reading something this isnt so right wing biased and maybe you will see the truth in the world. I never knew that Right wing extremists were that uncaring about girls beeing gang raped, but what do you expect from the side that produces things such as Racism, Ignorance, Intolerance and all those other great qualities....

right wing? pull your head out......I said publicly gang-raped with people walking by. Schools where I live dont promote sex to middle schoolers. Rape or not, sex in the grass outside the school is not a normal occurrance. kids dont have the same rights that adults do. They arent allowed all of the freedom in the world to do whatever they want. You call me far right and extremist. The ignorance is glaring in your attack on me. refuse to acknowledge any valid points and attack me. typical. accuse me of being uncaring. i never said that. usual liberal mind warp.

Unless I'm mistaken, you're blaming democrats/liberals for this occuring. If this had happened in a more conservative state would you be blaming them as well? IMO this has nothing to w/ political beliefs. Tougher laws would of done nothing to prevent this. The monsters who are responsible for harming that young girl were not thinking about consequences so stricter penalties would of been useless.

yeah, it's almost more sickening that onlookers would just stand there snapping pictures like it's some sort of movie rather than helping her or getting help. They said it went on for two and a half hours. It's terrible that no one person had the guts to try to help.

THAT. is what I am talking about. some people's minds are too narrow and focused on attacking to step back and understand.

Best thing to do is ignore him. This is what he wants.
