Actually both George Bush's and Jimmy Carter's are Authentic- Someone on another site sent all 5 living presidents to PSA/DNA. The Dedication is Secretarial but the signature is not!

Unless he has changed his signing policy over the years, he used to sign one item for you authentically (with the secretarial inscription) and put your name in a database. If you tried to send a second time, it would get red flagged and your next item wouldn't get signed.

I can attest that President Bush sends real autographs. The personalization isn't real but the signature is. Congrats on the success.
