Are the toploaders damaged at all? Are they sticky, any scratches, etc.? I would prefer to get 20 toploaders if possible. Let me know if you have that amount. Thanks.

They are used, but I will get the best one for you, and for 20 I need 700CC, can tgo much lower. does that work??
