Anyone else besides me have a problem with this auction

he "cleverly" worded the auction to make the buyer believe they are buying a YG or 2 actually when in fact its the checklist. nowhere in the auction does it say checklist, at least I couldnt see it. He put card 250 in the header, but thats it. So for an under-educated buyer. They wouldnt realize that its a checklist. That card is a $10 card AT BEST. As you can see it ended much higher than that.

Another report sent to ebay. I can't stand people who try to make a quick buck by trying to deceive buyers like that.

This schtick was used for the Malkin YG as well.
But, the seller may have screwed himself a little. The card pictured is actually the Tavares YG card.
Now, yes, he says in the description that its not the card pictured, but I'd bet that Paypal would rule in favour of the buyer if they launched a SNAD (Significantly not as described) claim since the picture is very misleading. For a bit of trouble, you'll get a free CL at least?
But, good catch both of you. Its too bad that no one can contact the leading bidder.
