When you do the post.... you should see a tool bar above the text box you're typing in. There should be a Yellow colored box in it, with what looks like a mountian. (It's supposed to be a picture).
Click on it, and there will be a pop-up. Enter your image URL in it, click OK, and it should appear in your thread.

You can also type in the code directly.
for example, if I have a photo located at this website:
I can make the image appear by placing the URL in between the the BBS code image tags.Code:https://www.sportscardforum.com/images/header/SCFbanner.jpg
That way the image can be displayed by writing it as :Code:
where the hxxp should be replaced by httpCode:
And it will show up like this!

The button that 30ranfordfan is referring to just makes this a little easier.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
reoddai

Dave,
You do not turn on the code. As the site turns on the codes. Thus some forums as Show and Tell will have it on so you can show pictures. While this forum will not so no pictures. Just explaining it that way but any link you bring over from photobucket will show pictures but won't be allowed or allowed based on the code (IMG on or off). Hope that helps.
p.s. Ask away we are all things we are not good in. I am by far no computer guru.
