Ebay frauder!!!
I was shocked to find a card that I was planning on listing on ebay today to be.... already there and posted!!

The seller must have stolen the picture/scan from the post here on our boards from my box break post. I've sent them a message indicating that I'm not happy at all about this, but that's all I've said so far. I would obviously like to take this further, but have never had such a thing happen to me before. Should I be clicking on that "Report Item" link?
Any guidance on this would be very much appreciated.
Here is the link to the auction:

I can assure you that the card is in MY hands. I'm looking at it as I type this.

Wow, thats some sort of Total Recall thing happening.
Well atleast you can see how your dbl card will fair before you post it. I wonder
if the seller has the lotto numbers as well? haha

It's weird that the seller would risk his/her 100% feedback. What's the motivation behind that?

He's also asking about twice the going price for it.
I can only imagine that the seller's gameplan was to claim the card was "lost in the mail" and take it from there. Although, if offering a full refund, what was there to gain? It's strange, but it's my card, clearly my picture/scan, and it would suck even more if it turned out to be an SCF member in good standing.
I did report the item to ebay...

I hope it is not another SCF member. That's BS. Glad that you reported it.

Some people! I also don't understand why a seller with 100% positive feedback would take the risk of posting someone elses card up for sale.

I've heard of people borrowing images cause they were nicer than their camera could take, but they should note it. There have been cases of them insuring it and mailing a blank envelope. People can hack ebay accounts as well and change the paypal acct.

Please let us know the seller's response to your enquiry. It's been shown before on the Board that there can be more than one of a particular serial numbered card, as unbelievable or odd as that may be...
