I managed to find duplicates of these:

93-Pedro Martinez
120-Austin Kearns

I was going to check my set I was working on at one time and see if I have any of the others you needed but, as is often the case, the one time I need it I couldn't find it. I'll keep and eye out for it and let you know if I have anything else you need. If nothing else you'll be just a card short of the base set.
