Penn/Edgar would be a gnarly match up!
I would love to watch them box it out in the center of the octagon!!

I think Edgar needs one more W before he gets a shot at Penn, I think a Florian/Edgar matchup would be great. Kenny can be the official #2 in the LW division, if you can't get by him--you don't get a shot at BJ. I think Maynard is the #1 contender right now, and he'll probably get his shot if he can avenge his loss to Diaz at their fight in Jan. Tyson Griffin is also in the mix, but he's on the back-burner due to his injury.

Just becuase Deigo lost to Penn dosen't mean hes not the #2 Deigo will destory Kenny 5 out of 5 times and Edgar needs more than 1 more win before he gets a shot I dont think he would make it out of the first round with Kenny (Submission) or Degio (Knockout) and Diaz is going to defeat him aging

Florian would pick Sanchez apart, it would be a 3 round ground and pound fight with Florian winning by descision.

Edgar Vs Florian or Sanchez would be a better fight IMO. Ultimately Maynard beats Diaz he goes into fight BJ undefeated, he loses to Diaz then a Florian Vs Griffin fight should set up a #1 Contender.
