    Every Card A GEM MINT??

Has anyone ever heard of the "RGA" Grading company? Well apparently they only grade Gem Mt 10s!

I had been searching on Ebay and found this one seller who seems to only sell RGA and now GMA graded cards which all seem to be Gem Mint 10s! Well, when I tried to look for RGA I couldn't find anything. However, I don't think they're very good graders because this card here has poor centering yet recieves a 10??

Anyway, I tried asking this seller about the "RGA" company and he never replied either time. What do you think? Is this legit or does someone make these in their garage? My gut is telling me to steer clear.

You answered your own question steer cleared. As if they were a reputable company that card would not be selling anywhere close to 34.99. I believet that is his second year card book value 40 dollars. Had a friend grade one from psa and got over 3 time the BV on ebay as there are several set collectors working on top grades. If this was reputable this would be snappded up in a heartbest. Best of luck in the hobby.
