    How did I know that Bush would come up? I swear we need trillions just for physiological care in America. Instead of dealing with the problem Democrats just bring up Bush.

    I watched the video, I don't think he was drunk, just a crappy speaker. He stuttered a lot but it didn't sound like drunken ramblings or horrible slurring to me and I usually have a pretty good eye for picking up drunks. (that doesn't seem like a great thing...) Anyways, I can't see myself getting too outraged about this when if anything it is questionable at best
