i got a card with a crease in it once. can't remember if it was series one or maybe victory. didn't pursue it at all because to be honest, i didn't care enough. i've been under the impression though that you can contact ud and explain the problem. i'm pretty sure they'll replace the card for you. might have to pay shipping though

Hey,
I got an Auto Olaf kolzig card from Upperdeck I cant remember what year and i was really badly damaged. I called the customer service line and they had me send it in. I got a mint version of the card a few months later in the mail.

I have a JVR oversized YG and a Jamie Benn Oversized YG, that both were somehow bent in the box and a crease on the bottom of each.
Is it worth pursuing?

They just told you what to do. Call UD and get a case number and send the card in.

I mean, is it worth all the trouble of mailing it to them, for what the cards are worth?

If all you're worried about is "value", then no, it's not "worth" it. Is the player someone you collect? If not, why bother. You're not going to get a house or car out of the card. Not trading to the USA, sorry!
