ITG H&P 6 hits per box & Class of 2010 Redemption Program

H&P Class of 2010 Redemption Program

The Class of 2010 non-memorabilia insert cards will include a redemption feature that allows collectors to obtain special limited game-used memorabilia cards.

Each Class of 2010 card features a foil-stamped number on the card back between 1 and 30. If the player depicted on the front of the card is drafted at the position noted on the back, collectors can redeem their card for a game-used memorabilia card limited to just 10 copies!

"While it's rare for In The Game to do a redemption of any kind, we felt that the Class of 2010 cards were more of a new product feature that makes Heroes and Prospects more interactive for collectors," said Dr. Brian Price. "We think collectors are going to enjoy looking at the cards they have during the 2010 NHL Draft to see if they are lucky enough to exchange their card for something special."

Included in the Class of 2010 collection are two players considered to be battling it out for the first overall position - Taylor Hall of the Windsor Spitfires and Tyler Seguin of the Plymouth Whalers.

Gotta say, I tend to not like ITG, but I may have to get a few packs. These are some nice cards.

Actually, I think they are 18 pack boxes this year, so you should get extra 'hits' in almost 3/4 of the boxes!

Should I assume then, that there are 300 of each of the 'Class of 2010' cards? So..... for each played, there would be 10 copies with each of the stamps (1 through 30)?

    Cool idea.
