    He grew up very close to my house... i saw him play a few times his senior year as he led the state in rebounding that year... Too bad he went so early... they said hitting his head on the floor contributed to his death... not sure if that was in the story you linked too.

    Initially it was thought the blow to the head is what led to his death. They did an autopsy and found he had an enlarged heart.
