Dion Phaneuf a Maple Leaf

I am very critical of Phaneuf but he is a great d-man with alot of upside. This season even though he is not putting up the points he was he is being much more responsibe on defense. Leafs win this trade hands down as Sjostrom is a good shutdown player and Aulie as a throw in has alot of upside as well

pahneuf for white is an amazing trade for toronto whocare about hagman stajan and mayers??? asides from hagman the rest suck

Remember when the Leafs and Flames made a blockbuster trade like this? The Leafs got Gilmour. Now we got Phaneuf. Let's hope it's 2-for-2. On paper it certainly looks like it.
