Nah, the text New Orleans has several layers of stitching bordering it, where as this only has one color.

is it a new orleans patch or a college patch? what college did he go to? (wake forest is vaguely in my head)

Yes he went to Wake Forest. UD doesn't use college patches and those are not Wake's colors. It is clearly a Hornets jersey, but who's jersey is it?

Were the jerseys different when they were in Oklahoma City? That would be the logical reason to me.

I have never bought any Exquisite cards but you would think UD would check these things a little more carefully for such a high-end (the highest) product.
I also noticed that a lot of the Exquisite cards seem to come out of the packs damaged, which to me is also unacceptable for a super high-end product.
