What do you think? What do you think about the coach of your favourite team. I would say Jay Triano, the Raptors coach, is somewhere in the middle. He received some good experience working with the U.S. Olympic team in the summer and the Canadian national team before that.

Good point about Mike Woodsen. Josh Smith is finally listening to him and taking less threes this year. The Hawks have benefited a lot by picking up Jamal Crawford but the coach also deserves a lot of credit for their improved play. He definitely deserves to be on the worst-dressed coaches list anyways.

I was going to mention M. Dunleavy as one of the worst coaches too but Baron Davis deserves some of the blame for him recently being fired. Then again coaching is not just X's and O's, of course -getting along with your players is a huge part.

Doc showed us how bad he is when there is not a ton of talent on a team, and he showed us that he can only run a team that has potentially 3 HOF players on it

There are plenty of 1st-year coaches that could be named, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, considering it's tough to become a good team with a brand new coach.
