    Trade: Knicks/Wolves

The Knicks have traded Darko Milicic to the Wolves for Brian Cardinal.

The Knicks save money in the deal and plan to waive Cardinal to open a roster spot that can be used in a trade of Nate Robinson.

Not a big move, but Darko does give the Wolves some depth at center, and this is most likely in advance of a larger deal involving Nate Robinson for the Knicks.

Isn't Blount's contract expiring? I think we'd want to keep that in order to sign a decent free agent this offseason...

Oh, c'mon Darko, what's so bad about Minnesota that wasn't so bad about the Knicks?
