Who All Knows About Your Card Collecting?

Don't be ashamed people be Proud ..It's Better than Drugs and your not out stealing to obtain your cards ..I share with everyone ..I have a ton of Nascar friends and they enjoy my collection also ,I just get to keep em '...be proud of your collection !!

I agree. I don't share with many friends or family because they don't understand it. Like with a lot of hobbies, they don't do it so they don't get it.

I'm guilty of the same thing though. I have no problem dropping a boatload of money on my card collection, but I have a friend who has a comic book collection and I think it's ridiculous. Go figure!

i agree.. i dont get comic book collecting or action figure collecting etc. collecting superman and superpeople seems a little bit childish.. collecting your favorite players gu jerseys and autographs is a lot better imo

my dad collects and used to own a shop, so he knows and understands fully. the rest of my immediate family knows and one or two friends, and that's it

GF knows and busts boxes and blasters for me. She knows which cards to pull out put in toploaders. Some of my family knows. Co-worker knows since we both collect Cowboy cards. Some mornings we will show each other what we got in the mail or from packs.

My family knows a little bit that I collect, but they don't know how much money I spend on the hobby. My g/f on the other hand knows a little more, knows who I collect, and somewhat got into it a little bit with me.

My wife,a few friends,and some co-workers.I will sometimes buy a blaster on a slow day at work and open it at my desk,never thought any of my co-workers were interested or cared all that much until I pulled an autopatch and a couple of them actually got excited.As far as knowing what I spend I couldn't even tell you that

Nothing wrong with collecting toys from your childhood. One of my favorite items to collect is transformers or GI Joe's MISB or MOC. I found out recently, my wife had a collection of smurfs I didn't know about. It's one of those things she enjoyed as a child and has added to her collection. My problem is there is so many things I enjoy collecting and never had enough money.

As long as the bills are paid and we have money in the savings my wife doesn't care how much I spend as long as I don't get crazy with it.
