I really hope that Wilson decides to make Quick the primary back-up goalie for the next game. Thomas got his chance to appear in net this afternoon. If, and this is a big if, the USA is blowing out Canada or Slovakia in the gold medal game, I think it would be pretty cool if he could make an appearance.....even if for just a few minutes.

I REALLY hope he does not do this. I trust Thomas far more than Quick right now. He is young and fairly inexperienced. It's one thing if its blowout...but if Miller gets hurt I don't want Quick in goal, I want Thomas.

I respect what Thomas did last year, but I really believe Quick to be the better goalie, experienced or not.

Let's hope it doesn't come down to either. Regardless of who wins tonight, Miller give the US the best chance to beat them.

Agreed. Miller needs to be in goal. And as for Quick Vs. Thomas...Quick is a great goalie don't get me wrong...but Thomas is the reigning Vezina winner and IMO a superior goalie at this moment.

I'd take Thomas over Quick anyday! no offense but I believe you picking Quick over Thomas is biased.
