    Al Jefferson arrested for DUI

    Al Jefferson was arrested and booked into jail early Sunday morning for allegedly driving drunk, according to jail records.

    Jefferson was arrested by the State Patrol at 1:08 a.m., and was brought to the Hennepin County Jail shorty after 2 a.m., according to the State Patrol and jail records. He was released at 3:19 a.m.

    Jefferson was arrested on a charge of fourth degree driving while impaired, said State Patrol Lt. Eric Roeske.

    Donte Stallworth 2.0.

    He didnt kill anyone. And according to this board, Stallworth was ok because the guy tried to kill himself, so the fact Stallworth was drinking doesnt matter. We can ignore the fact Stallworth was drunk because of that. Ridiculous in my opinion.

    What's ridiculous? Stallworth went to jail for as long as the daugher of the guy who was killed wanted him to go to jail. It's not Donte's fault that she was more interested in getting a pay off for her fathers death than justification of it. THAT'S the ridiculous part about it.

    thats the sad reality that surrounds our society. As for Jefferson, maybe this is a wake up call to him and to any other star player who think this sort of stuff is ok. T-Wolves have suspended him for 2 games, so i am sure he has learned his lesson, then again, maybe not. Time will tell

    Two-game suspension is probably enough for a first-time offense...hope it doesn't happen again though.
