Need opinion before leaving negative feedback on e-Bay.
Here is the discussion I had with an e-Bay regarding item I purchased.

My First e-Mail, well actually not really my first e-mail as seller initially sent me the wrong cards, had to ship them back which I didn't make a big deal of as it happens....
Hi there,
I received my Halak card but am not too happy with it's condition, the two right corners are less then stellar, shows alot of wear which you didn't detail in your description...
Let me know what you want to do.

Its a 50 dollar card. I transfered it from the box to the sleeve. It is brand new. Don't know what happened there. Maybe you can put it for sale for same price. You are fortunate. Sorry your not happy. It was in good shape when I sent it as far as I could see. I described it as it was when I got the box a couple of weeks ago. Never took it out of the sleeve.

So I am fortunate that first you sent me the wrong cards and then you sent me a card with two bad corners? The value of the card has nothing to do with it, if you had described it properly I wouldn't of bit on it, I didn't buy this card to sell it, I bought it keep in my personal collection.
So is your final answer that your not going to take it back?

I am not responsible for damaged items. It must of got damaged in the mail for it was in very good condition when it left here. I am sorry that happened. Make a complaint at the post office.Thats why I offer insurance in case something like that happens.

Do you have a scan of the card now? How badly is it damaged? How well was it packaged? There are a lot of questions. I really don't agree with leaving neg feedback unless they were intentionally deceptive or unreasonable about resolving issues. The scan in the auction doesn't look to bad to me.

I agree. How was the packaging, because the scan looks pretty good to me.

Yeah the scan looks great, that is why i bought the card but when I got it the two right corners were worn and the damage wasn't done during shipping because it was very well packaged in a top loader with fillers protecting the front and back of the card....
I asked the seller how he wanted to resolve the issue and you saw his answer.....

In the auction listing the top right corner looks dinged in the scan. He did not crop the scan so tight the corners are not visible. The bottom right corner is covered over by the eBay photo watermark though. He makes no declaration of card condition and states he does not accept returns. Did you inquire about the condition before bidding? I don't see where he has deceived in his listing, but after having sent the wrong item first I would think he should be more open to a resolution.

No I did not inquire about the condition of the card, the description seemed to imply that it was in good condition. It seems so far that people seem to be siding with the seller, am I the only one who thinks that when you sell a card that you should detail if there's any damage or worn corners considering how big of an impact corners have on the card value? I will post a scan later but the card would probably grade at 7.5 tops.

When i look at the picture i can fairly easily see the damage when looking for it. This has happened to me in the past and i got the same response. And after reviewing the scan more closely i can see the damage in the scan. Positive feedback was left as i recieved the card i bid on as pictured.
Edit : i now review the scan and if there is any question about condition i send it to the seller prior to bidding

I agree with this. The damage is visible in the scan. I always go over the scans as best I can when I buy because this has happened to me before. Unless there are creases or serious damage I'm fine, I always expect a little pack wear it's hard to pull a gem 10 card from anything other than ITG Ultimate. I don't think a negative is warranted but I wouldn't buy from him again I generally avoid anyone with a no return policy and considering his screwup with sending the wrong cards and unwillingness to deal it's obvious his customer service is lacking.
