It is indeed. ITG is doing a Cross Canada Tour and are making special 1/1 redemption cards for the stops along the way.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I can confirm that it is legit as I was present at the event. We had to buy a box of H&P then pull a number out of a bag and you received a sealed envelope corresponding to the number you pulled and inside was a random 1/1 with the sports cards shop logo on it ...hence you see the Into Sports logo on the back at the bottom along with the address. As far as I know tho that has been the only stop so far for the tour. Mind you ITG wasn't really there anyway they were just watching an talking via webcam.

Oh ok thanks guys. One more question. Actually two. if I get this card can I consider it my 4th 1/1? Two..... How many of these are they going to make?

1)It is a 1/1 so I don't see why you couldn't consider it your 4th but I would rank these cards along the lines of like expo cards and other event cards (in my eyes not true 1/1's)
2)Allan from ITG was the guy that was running our event. I'm sure he said nobody else has signed up yet but he did say that each stop would have there own cards made with the store logo and location on the back of the cards. So theoretically if this caught on and more card shops got on board the amount of 1/1's could be astronomical.

I would have thought there would have been more popularity with it especially with how popular H&P is. Buy a box get a free 1/1. There was also door prizes.
1 Box 1972
1 Box O Canada
1 Box Ultimate Memorabilia
and a couple other things I don't remember
My shop sold 60 boxes so 60 1/1's were pulled they were gone within an hour.
Some really nice stuff was pulled a remmeber a nice 3 color Gormley and 2 color Duchene and a nice Luc Bourdon card as well.
Anyway the event at my LCS was on Feb. 20th if it helps at all.

There is going to be another one on April the 4th in Blenheim, Ontario to celebrate Stadium Sports Cards 20th anniversary.
