I've been tracking Niemann's prices. X's sell a shade under $10. So, I'd be willing to give up that much for it.

I only see one completed, and it sold for $14. There's a Butler like yours listed with a $16 BIN. What are we looking at to make up the difference? I also see a base auto that sold for $15. Maybe his prices are heating up a bit.
