Ugh. . . I like the Team Trios patch thing but the design looks just like the "Team Leaders" insert from a previous set.
And they are still making cards with all these diagonal lines.... why won't the diagonal lines stop!! The design of these cards are too busy for my taste. Just because you can stick a multicolor 10 break patch in a card, it doesn't make the card great.
Still waiting for Panini to show me something good.

Only three things guaranteed in life: death, taxes, and Whalechaser being dissapointed/disgusted by anything Panini does.
Had to do it!

It's totally not without cause haha. . . . I just don't want their product to a) Look all the same/recycle old designs within the same year/be hard to distinguish b) feature numerous diagonal lines in their designs

I have a feeling I'm going to be disappointed again. My guess is that once again they will not make a Derrick Rose auto card. I don't know what their deal is, but it's just ignorant. You'd think with as weak of an autograph line up they have they'd want to include Rose.
Other than that it looks like a nice product.

Lol, i totally get what you're saying. The diagonal lines are less prominent in this product at least.
Bizzy-I know what you mean, i'm still waiting for a Wizards/Bullets autograph.
On the bright side, I can't stop staring at the Westbrook

Agreed, but I hate that Panini are making SO many patches. I'm guessing this is a firm football product? I'm not that familiar with it as I don't collect football and have never even bought a pack of football cards. Well, I guess I'll be judge, jury & executioner when the LCS gets some in...

Yup, most of these products are longtime football products (Prestige, Contenders, Certfied, Absolute Mem, etc.)
What I don't get is how they are so well-received in football, and yet so bashed in basketball? They pretty much are the same products, but different sports lol.

Oh wow...I didn't know ALL of those were products from Football. I really liked Prestige though

I really can´t understand all this animosity towards Panini. They´ve been improving and are making some nice sets in my opinion.

I don't have much animostiy towards Panini...but it is a little weak that every product that they release looks EXACTLY like the Football product released respectively.
