Advice Needed.....
Hey,
Decided to open another box of 09/10 Black today. Opened first pack and was more than pleased to discover a Pens/Flyers Rivals card 15/25. I was less than pleased to discover that the card was almost entirely split in the join between the two teams. I am hoping that Upper Deck will do some asap but I'm wondering what is the best way to reach them concerning a damaged card. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good luck on getting something that replaced. On a side note, I have yet to see even ONE of these Black cards come mint out of the pack. Every single one has had nicks to the cards or some kind of issue. So hopefully UD makes good.

I doubt UD will make good. I sent away a Drew Doughty autofacts, waited a month, got a new one with a crooked sticker that has air bubbles in it. Upper Decks Motto is lets make cards like crap, people dont care! Im not saying you shouldnt try, if anything they will give you a few replacement packs of something saying sorry it cant be replaced.

I have noticed that also, most of them have damaged corners and nicks.
