I crop all my scans so the cards are centered. I think most people do that. I don't see any problem with the card. No clue on what to offer though. What is the BV?

Bv is about 900. Also it is a single color so maybe 750 would be a good offer?

A lot of people crop the corners and edges to hide them in case there are soft corners or damaged edges. I mean, would you like to pay full book for something that will grade less than BGS 9? I wouldn't. And the seller is asking $100 over book, so I would do some due diligence if I were you.
