Apparantly the site rules require a trader with under 20 feedback to send first no matter what, even if it is a deal involving a payment. I know thats a pretty silly rule but i think it is just the way it goes until new traders have at least 20 feedbacks. i think i might be mistaken on this card anyways is it even autographed?

No its not....and you have insurance with paypal so that makes no sence to me. I can see sending first on trade but no one else has and me to send first when they are buying
