David Booth gets Hit in the Head

I really hope Booth isn't injured again. It would be depressing to see that, since he was injured earlier this season after a Mike Richards hit.

He is done for the season. He suffered another concussion on the collision and in the wake of the last one, his career could very well be in jeopardy. The thing with concussions is that once you get one, it's easier to get concussed again and the results are cumulative.

It's a very unfortunate situation. He seems like a good kid and he was definitely a bright spot for the Panthers.

It's going to be a total tragedy if his career is ended by this concussion. He already missed so much time the first time around. Hopefully he can recover from this. David Booth is a great player.

Thanks for sharing and I hope Booth can come back from this without having his career ended.

I feel bad for him. He's a great player.

But, if this was going to happen why couldn't it have happened before Florida played the Leafs?

It's very unfortunate to see, but it was a clean hit. Hope he can recover fully and come back healthy for next season.

Exactly. Very unfortunate to see but it was a clean hit. The real problem is I believe the Mike Richards hit was not clean at all. Very dangerous. This concussion occurs because of his previous one. Makes it much likelier to happen again. Booth is a very talented young player and it sucks that this has happened to him.
