Heat @ Celtics game 1

my team won 27 games, so i have to cheer for someone else, if you watched the game, everytime the Heat drove into the lane they got hacked and it never got called, Celtics did the same thing and it was a foul every time

I don't care how the game went down - this isn't a new thing. If you look around the basketball chat forums, which team is hated upon the most? The Celtics are hated on by other fans a good 75% of all negative talk. Why not put that into something positive for your team, or something else in general?

Man, I haven't ever seen any fans hate on one team so much...it is completely pointless to argue for the Celtics, because there are some people on here who want nothing less than to bash the Celtics for any and every thing they can. How about cheering for your team instead of putting so much hatred toward another team?

Well let's see... My team doesn't play tonight and i have to watch this crappy series so i'm going to give my opinion on the game.

Maybe if the Celtics played like the other teams and didn't start fights or bark at other teams they wouldn't be hated so much. Something always comes up with this team

Yes, Considering i'm the only person on this forum who thinks Wade is better than LeBron it makes sense for me to cheer them on...

I'm no more negative about the Celtics, than i am my own team, but lets see, KG is a punk and Pierce is always faking injuries, no wonder people hate them

How is it possible to defend Pierce or Garnett tonite???? It's the same as always. Pierce goes down with some insane injury where he can't move for 5 minutes but of course is just fine a few seconds after. Not to mention Garnett trying to start fights because he thinks he's the most fierce player in the NBA. Why do people hate the Celtics you ask????? Because the players on the Celtics and the Coach act the way they do.

I didn't have a problem with the officiating really. I thought it was very lax in general.

no one's 'attacking' the minority, but KG should be suspended for atleast 1 game, 2 elbows and the first one drilled Richardson dead in the face. If that was Shaq, guarnteed KG does nothing, he picked on Richardson because he is bigger than him

Maybe attacking isn't the best choice of words, but it's always a negative piling on. I'm not sure I've seen a thread like this that stays relatively positive throughout. It's always a bunch of people trying to take someone or a team down a notch.

Unless the Cavs and Lakers meet in the Finals, the same thing will happen then. People will come out en masse to bash on Kobe or LeBron.
