Anyone have allergies?
Anyone have allergies? I saw on the news that if you take honey, this will help with your allergies. They said that honey has some sort of pollen in it, so your body will get used to it. I think they said that you have to use the honey for something like a few weeks to a month before you notice any results.

Hmm that's interesting. It makes sense though, it's sort of like your body builds up a tolerance.

My brother has bad allergies and did this for a while. You have to use local honey though to get the best results since it will be more similar to the pollen that you are exposed to

Wow, I'd never heard this or considered it myself. Pretty interesting.
I have mild allergies but only need to take sinus medication a couple of times a week. My parents' problems with allergies are much worse than mine. My dad takes 3-4 Advil Cold & Sinus tablets every day on average.

Wow, that's very cool...had no idea! I don't get allergy problems very often, but my family does...I'll have to suggest this to them!
