important question!
do you think i should send a jersey to a player that always send back even though its a jersey?

Yeah, why not? Maybe toss in a few bucks because it is a jersey but if you're confident of a success I say go for it.

The answer is always the same: Never send anything TTM that you can't afford to lose. Even the most "guaranteed" signers let one slip through the cracks or the item gets lost in the mail.
Personally, I love sending larger items. They're more fun to get back! However, I've lost several hundred dollars over the years in balls and other items that were never returned.
For the jersey, I would recommend sending along the pen you would like the signer to use and indicate with a sticky note where on the jersey you would like the signature.

rockiesfan said it perfectly, send only what you wouldnt miss, ive only tried once (yao ming white swingman jersey bought at a lids sale for 6$ about a year ago) got it back just wasnt signed.
