Every post office (employee) is different. I would just go to a different post office.

I have a stack of customs forms that I fill out at home to save me time. One day I was running late so I stopped at a post office I never go to. The guy would not take my envelopes (about 8 of them) because I did not fill out the customs forms in front of him. Needless to say I just left and have never returned there.

Wow, that is ridiculous, who would want to spend 30 minutes at a post office doing that? That is worse than my issue.

I don't even like doing it at home.

The post office I usually go to just put the customs form on the back of my 4x8 bubble mailer. I also take stacks of customs forms and fill them out at home to save time at the post office.

I fill them out at home as well, and this post office wouldn't give me a stack, I am beginning to now realize that this post office has issues.
