bj armsrong/steve kerr premiere dual auto /20 (15 dollar card)

&

joakim noah/nicolas batum/al thorton triple auto /75....REALLY!!!!!! (6-8 dollar card)


I feel like i just got kicked in the nuts.....After, calling UD and speaking to one of the managers i was told that i would be sent some additional value....My other option was to resend both cards back and wait for the whole process all over again.......This really sucks especially when I was told by another ud associate that the card would be replaced by a different quad or a derrick rose rc year auto. I'm so upset :/

That does suck. That quad auto of the Bulls would have been super nice. Sorry man. They should have sent you ONE nice card instead of two.

At first the guy was disagreeing with me about the value, but i got him to come to his senses. I pretty much told him he was crazy whether you look at it by BV or SV. I'm just really upset about the whole situation. He said he had a nice horace grant ud black auto he might send me and i told him something like that would work. I'm just sick of dealing with these guys and rather be done with it. We'll see how long it takes to get these next card/cards and we'll see what exactly they do end up sending me. I was expecting a quad bulls auto with 3 championship rings a piece and one of the cards i get has al thorton and batum....Just terrible!!! (I'm shaking my head with utter disgust)

I wouldn't even take the Grant UD black because it still won't match up in value. I would just keep dealing with them until deal with you satisfactorily, meaning a Derrick Rose RC Auto at least.

At this point, I'm so sick of UD that I'd rather just take whatever else they give me and call it a day. It's just too aggrevating. The guy I talked to, and he was a manager, really didn't seem like he really wanted to work with me at all....I looked at the status of my redemption and it's back to what it looked like when i first punched in the redemption "Please be patient, Athlete committed to signing soon" BLAH BLAH BLAH

Knowing UD, hopefully they just forget what the situation was and send me more than I expect....One can only hope :/

I'll have scans on what they sent me in my Bulls PC thread in the show and tell section probably later tonight....

I haven't had to talk to UD, but working with Panini is pretty seamless. UD needs to adopt their customer service model.
