    panini Absolute RETAIL???

    Went to target tp get world cup stickers and I collect basketball
    so I looked at some stuff. But Saw a blaster of this...
    Nothing guaranteed- 20$. Really??
    20 dollars for base I assume. Getting mad at panini for ripping off those of us that don't know about the difficulties of getting
    good cards in retail.

    I mean I didn't kbow about the ODDs until I came to this website. Completely shameful on paninis part. I know they get back quickly with redepntions and replacements but come on...0


    Anyone agree?

    You didn't know about the ads until this website? what ads?

    and yeah, that does suck. Atleast the UD blasters guarantee you a GU card.

    I don't think they're ripping anyone off. A couple years back in the 06-07 season and even in the 07-08 season, none of the blasters from any of the companies guaranteed any GU's or autos at all (except for the 07-08 ultra blasters which guaranteed mini-jersey's in each one).

    The part I find stupid is that isn't Absolute supposed to be a "higher ended" brand from Panini? If so, why even bother with retail. I guess they're just trying to make as much money as possible.

    Either way, Panini stuff sucks, I don't bother with them at all.

    Yeah what I meant was that hobby boxes go for 120$ and retail costs 20, it just seemed weird.

    2009-10 SPGU is total ripped off. only 1 GU for $29.99 retial price in wal-mart.. lol

    Definitely, every break I've seen of that only contained one GU. People kept buying that though.
