Upset at panini for terrible customer service

Had a prestige hobby box, opened it to only get 3 really low end game useds. i spent 4.00 total with bubble mailer and delivery confirmation to send what they needed to replace missing hit just o get Panini 2010 Panini Prestige Card #26 ( / ) Damian Williams as a replacement. a card that sells for 2-3.00. i actually lost money by getting a replacement. anyone else get screwed from them like this?

I'd have to say that's more unlucky than screwed. They didn't make any claims as to the quality of the card you'd receive. I expect it's quite random.

Didn't I just see this box break on another forum, and that you pulled at least one other auto? ( I can't remember who, and you already deleted it). It's luck of the draw, and they are sending you another auto, which I think is pretty nice.

They sent you the missing card, would you have pulled it? maybe or maybe not, but they lived up to their end, they sent the missing hit from the box..it use to be people complained because they didnt get anything, now its because they wanted a better card, no offense but its ridiculous to be upset that you got something instead of nothing

Exactly, im just so tired of coming on here and hearing people complain that they were missing a hit and when they do get a replacement for it, its not the super card they want.
Sorry but thats just good business practice whether you believe it or not. If every time someone claimed they were missing a hit, the companies sent them good or great cards, guess what, every lowlife would buy a box and then claim they didnt get hits, even if they actually did get great hits. I mean why wouldn't they, you buy a box, then send in the box, wrappers, and the receipt and get another hit and know it'll be decent.

And lastly, for the record, you weren't MISSING any hits, you just didn't get THE AVERAGE amount, which every box clearly states. So you should be HAPPY they sent you anything when they DIDN'T HAVE TO!!!

make sure you dont sound like youre saying something like i am being dishonest bro..lol i buy like 1-2 boxes a week. i deleted that because i kept getting messages for interest in trading and those are gone and traded. been around along time and didnt really like the way that was said.

it was supposed to be 4 hits, one being an auto. didnt get one period. thanks for your response.

no, i wasnt planning on selling it. i dont collect for profit. was just using that as a reference meaning that i paid more in shipping than it was worth. thats all.

anyways. look bro. i am just on here talking about my redemption and dont have the patients or time to play name calling or accusations game. this is a disscussion forum and thats what i am doing. i have bought like 5 boxes of that product so far. 3 boxes gave me what i was supposed to. 2 didnt. oh well.
