HST cheques = woohoo!
so im sure a few fellow canadians got their HST rebate cheques. i got a nice fat 100 bucks, so now the question is, what to buy? . I dont mind throwing in a little extra cash for boxes. any suggestions on what to break? i want to grab a box of something and post it in the box/breaks section. was thinking maybe ICE, or BAP. help me out people

i know got a 100 burning a hole in my pocket now ! i was gonna go with BAP but i may wait for SPA havent decided yet, i hate ice with those figure skaters

haha , I hear you about the champions autos! i was reading another forum saying distributors were shipping out SPA monday, so maybe its worth waiting for

I have to wait until next month for my next GST rebate cheque - and that'll just be going to the wedding anyways! LOL

yeah, got one too. To be honest, I'd rather just didn't impose the HST on us.... and kept things (seperate sales taxes) the way they were.
Won't see a difference when it comes to card shopping, but the extra 8% onto gas (for example) is going to cost me a lot more than $300 this year.

I too would rather not have the HST and the government keep their $100. It boggles my mind even more that married couples get $330 and individuals get $100. Yet individuals don't have a partner to share costs with, and therefore pay more for things like utilities.
I think I might buy a few singles. Doubt I would break any wax, but I'm sure I'll buy some packs of SPA when/if it's released.

We haven't received anything here yet and knowing the government, likely wont. But wasn't singles $300 and couples $1000
