    Suggestions needed: Fishy box o' SP Auth

    So I get two boxes of SP Authentic at my reputable LCS...First box, decent stuff, nothing great. Second box...only 2 autos, SOTT and FWAuto, and only 2 dummy cards (thick things), and one pack had only 2 cards in it. The box was sealed, and I trust my dealer...contact UD? Complain? It is almost like I got a box that on the way to be packaged, someone grabbed the Thick card that was to go in that pack...or it didn't get in when it should have...or something. Thoughts? I will probably contact UD tomorrow. Suggestions on best method to do so? I feel like I was cheated on a box.

    from what ive seen...it sounds like during the packaging process they messed up...the next box in the case probably has your missing hit...contact UD...they have a 1-800 number on their website to call customer support...good luck

    you can call but thay wont send much over the last month i opened two boxes of 08-09 ice one box had no rookies the other had no rookie and no auto ud sent me 3 packs of ice and two auto 1 from 05-06 bap and i from bee hive never headr of either of the players so ya good luck

    Nope...Just me in my office...I got a case opened and have mailed in the UPC and Hologram, with explanation. Here's to waiting 3 to 5 weeks for a pack in the mail...of what, to be determined.

    You'll be waiting longer than that b/c apparently right now "They are doing football replacements". I called last night b/c my redemption replacement was requested almost 3 months ago, but he said they are doing football and doing hockey after that. BS.

    it makes sense for them to get rid of all the football since they won't have to deal with any of it afterwards.


    as for the OP:

    it's just bad luck. it's happened to me before as well but what are you gonna do? i didn't bother sending them back the extra 2 rookies and extra auto from one of my breaks the previous year. figure i wouldn't bother with missing one or 2 this time.
