I put them in graded card bags (like team bags) to prevent scratch and dust and then place them sideway in 3200 card box.

Would that be suitable for un-graded cards, i.e cards in toploaders?

Probably. The height of rows is made for graded cards, so toploaders will certainly fit properly. Me, I use some little plastic boxes where around 11 graded holders are fitting, I will try to find a picture of the product I use.

The white cardboard graded card boxes are what I use. They fit about 45 ITG slabs and are relatively inexpensive. Very good for set collecting and actually being able to pull them out and put back with ease. That graded card box above is going to be very bulky and heavy when it is fillled....dont do it....
A tip if you buy the cardboard ones as I have recommended, turn them upside down when you put them on a shelf so when you pull it out the top does not slide off under the weight.

There are also two row shoebox style boxes available now that are taller than the regular showboxes to accomodate the slabs. I use these.
